Overview

We are looking for a Technical Agile Delivery Manager with Azure experience to join our team. In this role, you will be part of a wider team of Agile Delivery Managers and Leads, helping to run day-to-day delivery of 2-3 squads in the Azure Cloud Platform team, while also contributing to the wider organization's Agile transformation journey.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day delivery of 2-3 squads within the Azure Cloud Platform team
  • Collaborate with a wider team of Agile Delivery Managers and Leads
  • Contribute to the organization's Agile transformation journey
  • Drive the implementation of scaled Agile practices across complex enterprise environments
  • Facilitate Product and Project delivery models to ensure effective execution
  • Oversee delivery activities related to Azure Cloud Platform, Landing Zones, CI/CD and DevOps
  • Apply GenAI capabilities to enhance Agile delivery processes
  • Attend the client office in Bucharest once per week to support on-site collaboration

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Agile delivery management
  • Background in implementing scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe and Scrum of Scrums in complex enterprise environments
  • Understanding of Product vs Project delivery models
  • Deep knowledge of Azure Cloud Platform, Landing Zones concepts, CI/CD and DevOps technology
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Platform and DevOps tooling
  • Familiarity with GenAI applicability in Agile delivery, ideally with hands-on experience in building GenAI-enabled delivery
  • Flexibility to work from the client office in Bucharest one time per week
  • Advanced proficiency in English (B2+/C1)
