Paytech — a fast-growing fintech company — is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to become the main point of contact for live clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day cooperation and client support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and nurture long-term relationships with a portfolio of live clients as their primary point of contact.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, transaction volumes, and payment performance to provide consultative, data-driven recommendations.
- Lead regular business reviews and strategic meetings, track performance, gather feedback, and align on goals.
- Handle client escalations, coordinating across technical, product, operations, and support teams to drive resolution.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working with internal teams to match client needs with solutions.
- Oversee billing and financial queries for accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Advocate for client needs internally while balancing commercial and operational priorities.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in the fintech sector; payment processing experience preferred.
- Experience with payment gateways and handling enterprise-level merchants.
- Fluent in English; Russian is a strong advantage.
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship management and consultative skills.
- Commercially aware with ability to spot growth opportunities.
- Organised, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
