Paytech — a fast-growing fintech company — is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to become the main point of contact for live clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day cooperation and client support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and nurture long-term relationships with a portfolio of live clients as their primary point of contact.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, transaction volumes, and payment performance to provide consultative, data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead regular business reviews and strategic meetings, track performance, gather feedback, and align on goals.
  • Handle client escalations, coordinating across technical, product, operations, and support teams to drive resolution.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working with internal teams to match client needs with solutions.
  • Oversee billing and financial queries for accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Advocate for client needs internally while balancing commercial and operational priorities.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the fintech sector; payment processing experience preferred.
  • Experience with payment gateways and handling enterprise-level merchants.
  • Fluent in English; Russian is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship management and consultative skills.
  • Commercially aware with ability to spot growth opportunities.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
