We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to guide our Salesforce team in delivering impactful solutions. You will play a key role in application design, customization, and deployment while collaborating closely with various technology teams. Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce team
  • Participate in application design, configuration, customization and deployment
  • Design and implement technical solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements
  • Work closely with technology teams, including Test Automation, DevOps, Integration, and UX teams
  • Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third-party applications
  • Guide development team in creating innovative solutions with a focus on standards and code quality
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot end user issues

Requirements

  • 5+ years of working experience in Salesforce development
  • At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
  • Proven experience across various Salesforce clouds with demonstrated success in implementation
  • Expertise in Salesforce APEX, Lightning, SOQL, LWC
  • Familiarity with estimation techniques and project planning
  • Solid experience in software version control (GIT) and continuous integration using CI/CD practices
  • Background in working with Agile methodologies and delivering in Agile environments
  • English language proficiency at B2+ level to facilitate effective communication
