Fintech payment gateway is hiring a Data Analyst (Middle/Senior) to work with high-volume transaction data and provide actionable business insights. Hybrid role based in Limassol, Cyprus.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in Data Analysis / Data Quality / Analytics
  • Strong SQL skills (CTEs, window functions, complex joins)
  • Python or R experience
  • Experience with BI dashboards & reporting
  • Fintech / payment gateway experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical & communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze high-volume transaction data
  • Detect anomalies & investigate suspicious patterns
  • Monitor data quality and pipeline integrity
  • Run experiments & optimization analysis
  • Build dashboards and analytical tools
  • Collaborate with Monitoring, Engineering, Security, QA, and Product teams
