- 4-6+ years in fintech / crypto / payments / trading
- Understanding of payment lifecycle & transaction monitoring
- Experience in regulated environments / licensing
- Strong project management (end-to-end delivery)
- Cross-functional work (Compliance / Finance / Product / Tech)
- Operations + people management
- Hands-on, structured, able to manage multiple streams
- Fluent English
