Overview

We're looking for a Senior BI Analyst (Dataiku) to join our team and be responsible for designing and delivering accurate, actionable reports and dashboards that enable informed business decisions. You will leverage Dataiku DSS and SQL to extract, prepare and transform data from multiple banking systems while ensuring data quality and governance standards are maintained. This position plays a key role in advancing data-driven capabilities, supporting stakeholders and continuously improving reporting processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely, accurate ad hoc and recurring reports that meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, define specifications and manage expectations
  • Design and implement reporting solutions using data from core banking systems and enterprise platforms
  • Apply strong analytical techniques to transform complex datasets into user-friendly outputs
  • Enforce data governance principles to uphold data quality, accuracy and compliance
  • Optimize and enhance existing reporting processes for efficiency and scalability
  • Support knowledge transfer within the team through documentation and collaboration
  • Act as a trusted contact for report-related issues, resolving queries and providing guidance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in report development with advanced SQL skills, including complex joins and optimization
  • Hands-on experience with Dataiku DSS for data preparation and workflow automation
  • Familiarity with banking processes, systems and core data structures
  • Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with non-technical stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with tools such as Tableau or other BI platforms
  • Knowledge of enterprise reporting solutions and data governance practices
