About adjoe: adjoe builds technologies for mobile apps growth and monetization (product: Playtime Arcade). The Cloud Engineering team runs the infrastructure behind high-scale ad delivery, real-time ML, and partner-facing systems.
Role & mission: design and operate cloud infrastructure at scale, deploy and manage containerized applications on Kubernetes, run Kafka clusters, and provision infrastructure with Terraform. You will work across a stack including Kubernetes, Kafka, Druid, Airflow, Spark, Terraform and GitLab, and help maintain cost-efficient, cloud-agnostic architectures.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
- Experience with Kubernetes and managing containerized workloads
- Hands-on experience in the AWS ecosystem (EKS, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, IAM, Lambda) and infrastructure-as-code with Terraform
- Experience with event-driven microservice architectures and streaming (Kafka)
- Familiarity with CI/CD, GitLab, and operating open-source alternatives to managed services
