Twin Harbour Interactive (Hamburg & Malta) is hiring a QA Specialist for strategy games to ensure the quality of live mobile and web games. Full-time, hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Design test plans from game design documents and in-game prototyping
- Update and execute test plans alongside new feature releases
- Perform smoke tests, sanity checks, and full system regression testing
- Identify, document, and report defects using bug tracking software (Jira)
- Manage tickets and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet release deadlines
- Deliver structured QA feedback covering usability, compatibility, and accessibility
- Apply black-box testing and use developer tools to monitor and improve app performance
- Execute multi-platform testing across Android, iOS, and web, including UI and exploratory testing
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude) to drive innovation in the QA process
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in software or games QA
- Solid understanding of the bug life cycle and testing methodologies
- Quality mindset with ability to prevent issues, not just find them
- Experience with test planning, bug tracking (Jira) and cross-team coordination
- Fluency in English
