TheAcxiom SalesforcePracticeis seeking an Advisory Solutions Directorto join our remote North American-based SalesTeam. This strategic role focuses ongeneratingnew logo businessto expandAcxiom’sclient base inthe Consumer Business Servicesindustriesthroughconsultativeselling.

You will engage with organizations across theConsumer Business Servicesindustries,helping them drive innovation,customerengagement, and data-driven growth using Salesforce technology.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive strategic growth withinthe Consumer Business Servicesverticals by positioningrelated multi-cloud offerings (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud,Experience Cloud,Marketing Cloud,Data360 andAgentforce).

  • Advise clients onAcxiom’sdata management strategiestooptimize Data360 andAgentforce.

  • Lead solution strategy sessions, opportunity analysis, account discovery, proposal presentations, and statement of work (SOW) negotiations with C-level stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Salesforce account executives and ecosystem partners toidentifyand close newlogoopportunities inConsumer Business Services.

  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and solution demonstrations aligned to client business and technologyobjectives.

  • Manage and influence the complete sales cycle, ensuring a seamless transition from strategy through implementation.

  • Build long-term strategic relationships within theConsumer Business Servicesecosystem to support sustained growth.

  • Work cross-functionally with Acxiomadvisory,engineering,deliveryand marketing teams to develop industry-specific go-to-market strategiesand solution offerings.

  • Maintainaccuratepipeline forecasting and reporting aligned with company goals and sales targets.

  • Stay informed on emerging trends inConsumer Business Servicesto position Acxiom as a trusted thought leader.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of sales or account executive experience, preferably within Salesforce ecosystem consulting or services.

  • 3+ years of experience working withConsumer Business Servicesclients.

  • Proven experience selling SalesforcePlatform andrelated Salesforceindustry solutions and/or accelerators.

  • Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.

  • Bachelor’sdegree in Business, Information Technology,Finance,or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • Salesforce Certifications in multiple Core Clouds,Agentforce, Data360 and Loyalty Managementare stronglypreferred.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, includingSales Cloud, Service Cloud,Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud,Marketing Cloud,Data360 andAgentforce.

  • Familiarity with Consumer Business Servicesbusinessprocessesand industry challenges.

  • Exceptional consultative selling and strategic solutioning skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities, withexperienceengaging executive-level audiences.

  • Collaborative and influential leadershipstyle;thrives in a “win as a team” environment.
