Requirements
- 8–15 years of experience in power systems, transmission planning, or grid connection studies
- Experience in the Japanese power sector (utility, developer, EPC, or consultancy)
- Good understanding of Japanese grid connection processes and utility practices
- Familiarity with practical constraints faced by renewable developers in Japan
- Fluency in Japanese
- Ability to work in English with international teams and clients
