We are looking for an experienced Mid-Level Experience Designer to work with one of our US clients in the digital health space.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, interaction design, or motion graphics
- Proficiency with Figma (including AI features), Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple workstreams, and communicate proactively within a small team
- Openness to using AI tools to accelerate and enhance design work
- Familiarity with agile workflows and product development cycles
- Understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles
- Experience designing for SaaS products, healthcare, or wellness apps is a plus
- Multi-channel design experience, including marketing materials, digital ads, and presentations, is a plus
- Familiarity with gamification UX patterns and engagement-driven design is a plus
