Fast-growing fintech company in Panama is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead lending and card products across a large payments ecosystem.

Location: Panama (relocation support available) or remote global.

Salary: competitive, discussed individually.

Ownership / Responsibilities:

  • Credit line products
  • Credit cards & debit cards
  • BNPL
  • Product funnels & activation
  • Portfolio growth & repayment behavior
  • Risk-adjusted profitability

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in Product Management
  • Strong fintech / lending / cards experience
  • Experience with consumer lending, BNPL, credit cards or digital banking
  • Understanding of activation, retention, monetization and portfolio metrics
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (risk, tech, marketing, operations)

Strong advantage:

  • Revolving credit products
  • Visa / Mastercard products
  • LATAM or emerging markets experience
  • Understanding of NPL, delinquency, underwriting or credit risk metrics
