They are looking for a Director of DevOps, IT, and Security to build, scale, and operate their core infrastructure, internal IT systems, and security program. The role requires deep technical expertise and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps, IT, and/or Security roles
- Proven experience at a director level or higher
- Deep expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and infrastructure as code
- Strong understanding of security posture frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management practices
- Experience managing complex systems and solving moderate-to-high complexity operational challenges
- Ability to operate with high autonomy and drive strategic initiatives end-to-end
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experienced people manager and growth coach
