Requirements
- Proven experience shipping LLM-powered features in production
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Expertise scaling RAG systems: vector databases, retrieval optimization, handling millions of embeddings, multi-tenant knowledge management
- Experience with microservices and scaling APIs
- Strong background in agentic workflows, tool use, MCP, and multi-turn reasoning
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with big data systems (terabytes, millions of entities)
- Experience mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar of a team
