What you will do:
- Own the full lifecycle of payment products and features from discovery to release and performance optimisation.
- Define Epics and User Stories and guide development teams in an Agile environment.
- Drive strategic development of the payment platform, including integration of new payment methods and PSPs.
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, business, and compliance teams to ensure accurate requirements, prioritisation, and regulatory alignment.
- Own customer payment journeys, monitor and improve KPIs and conversion rates.
- Specify and monitor non-functional requirements such as reliability, latency, fraud-related KPIs, and transaction-success performance.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in payments product management (PSPs, APMs, banking rails, settlement flows, reconciliation).
- Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with payment orchestration platforms (routing logic, cascading, retries).
- Experience with payment gateway integrations.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks: KYC/KYD, AML, PSD2, SCA, safeguarding and market-specific rules.
- Ability to drive technical discussions with architects, developers, and risk/compliance stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment with complex backend systems.
