The Role

We are looking for a proactive, curious, and hands-on Junior Business Assistant to join our team part-time. This is a unique "launchpad" role for someone eager to gain real-world experience in the mobile app industry and probably eventually grow into a Project Manager.

You will work closely with our core product and operational leaders, getting a front-row seat to how top-charting iOS apps are built, tested, and scaled.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with the daily organizational team and founder’s tasks, documentation, and keeping project boards up to date.

  • Test app builds, spot UI/UX bugs, check user flows, and report findings to the tech team.

  • Prepare marketing content, app store screenshots, design basic banners, and format graphics (using AI tools and Figma), create or update web landing content.

  • Gather insights on market trends, app store positioning (ASO), and top health apps.

  • Step in to support the Personal Assistant during peak workloads or urgent requests to guarantee seamless interchangeability and operational support (10% of the whole task workload).

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in fast-paced startups or lean teams, where you’re used to wearing multiple hats, moving fast, and seeing the direct impact of your work.

  • English from B2 

  • Passionate About Tech & Mobile Apps: You love exploring new apps, startups, and digital products.

  • "Roll-Up-Your-Sleeves" Mindset: You take pride in every task, whether it's running detailed app tests or assembling simple banners. No task is "too small."

  • Fast Learner & Resourceful: You don't need to have years of IT experience - just high energy, attention to detail, and a drive to find answers. You love exploring new apps, startups, and digital products.

  • AI-First Mindset: You naturally leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, Gemini, etc.) to speed up research, draft content, create visual assets, and solve problems smarter.

  • Vibe Coding skill (Nice to Have): You’ve experimented with "vibe coding" or AI prompt-to-code platforms (Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, v0, etc.) to prototype simple tools, web apps, or quick automations using natural language.
