paytech — a fast-growing fintech company is looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to become the main point of contact for live clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day cooperation and supporting client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and nurture long-term relationships with a portfolio of live clients, serving as their trusted primary point of contact day-to-day.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, transaction volumes, and payment performance to provide consultative, data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead regular business reviews and strategic meetings with clients, tracking performance, gathering feedback, and aligning on goals.
  • Handle client escalations, coordinating across technical, product, operations, and support teams to drive resolution.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities with internal teams.
  • Oversee billing and financial queries for each account, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Advocate for client needs internally while balancing commercial and operational priorities.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the fintech sector; payment processing experience preferred.
  • Fluent in English; Russian is a strong advantage.
  • Strong background in fintech or payment gateways, with experience handling enterprise-level merchants.
  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship management and consultative skills.
  • Commercially aware and able to spot growth opportunities.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
