Role: Head of Sales. You will own the entire Lead-to-FTD conversion engine. Your mission is to scale operations by building and optimizing high-performing internal and outsourced call centers. You’ll sit at the crossroads of marketing, CRM, and analytics, ensuring high speed-to-lead and predictable unit economics. This is a high-impact role critical to global success.

What You Will Do:

  • Own the funnel: manage end-to-end Lead → FTD conversion across all channels (Paid, Affiliate, IB).
  • Drive FTD volume, conversion rates, and CAC efficiency.
  • Lead internal and outsourced call center teams, managing quality, SLAs, and capacity.
  • Oversee CRM pipelines, lead routing, and automation to ensure a seamless handoff to retention.
  • Partner with Marketing and Payments to foster a performance-driven sales culture.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years in sales leadership within CFD, Forex, Fintech, or iGaming.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale call center operations and technical stacks (dialers, telephony, AI QC).
  • Expert-level command of KPIs, dashboards, and cohort data.
  • B2+ English (Spanish is a major plus).
