We are a market-leading, tech-enabled workforce solutions and advisory firm seeking a top talent to join our team as Oracle ERP UAT Lead. The primary responsibility of the Oracle ERP UAT Lead is to ensure that new or updated Oracle ERP functionality is thoroughly tested, validated, and ready for business use.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Certification(s) such as Oracle Cloud (SaaS) or Oracle E-Business Suite Functional Certification, ISTQB Foundation Level (or equivalent software testing certification)
- Proven expertise leading end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles for Oracle ERP
- Deep functional knowledge of core Oracle ERP modules
- Hands-on experience developing UAT strategies, test plans, test cases, test scripts, and acceptance criteria aligned to business and compliance requirements
- Experience working within the staffing or workforce-solutions industry
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Proven success in large-scale ERP implementations, upgrades, or cloud migrations
