We are looking for an AI Developer PL/SR who operates SDLC natively with AI and has experience with advanced use of AI in development, agent construction, and creation of reusable skills and composition of capabilities.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in AI development
- Experience with SDLC solid domain, AI in development, agent construction, creation of reusable skills and composition of capabilities, integration via MCP, creation of slash-commands, orchestration of workflows, spec-driven development, integration with tools, critical evaluation of AI outputs, and knowledge of multiple languages.
- System-oriented profile and complex problem-solving capacity, with the ability to decompose tasks for execution by agents and maintain control over results generated by AI.
