Eli Health is a company that provides continuous hormone monitoring through its flagship product, HormometerTM. They are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to lead their performance marketing strategy and manage $2-3M in annual spend across various channels.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of performance marketing experience with demonstrated results managing significant budgets ($1M+ annually)
  • Proven track record of scaling user acquisition while maintaining or improving unit economics
  • Deep expertise in Meta and Google advertising platforms, with experience launching and scaling emerging channels
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and analytics platforms
  • Experience building and testing ad creative that deliver measurable performance improvements
  • Technical skills such as AI, data-driven approach, growth-minded, and systems thinker
  • Personal attributes such as left-brain and right-brain, entrepreneurial, collaborative, and results-oriented
