Program-Ace is an international IT company (AR/VR, simulations, digital twins, interactive training platforms) hiring a System Administrator.

Requirements:

  • 5–7+ years of experience as a System Administrator
  • Experience managing infrastructure (50+ users)
  • English level: B1 or higher

Tech stack / Tools:

  • Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, file servers)
  • Linux (Ubuntu / Debian / CentOS)
  • VMware / Hyper-V / Proxmox
  • AWS / Azure / Hetzner
  • VPN, VLAN, routing, firewalls
  • Docker (web stack, reverse proxy, DBMS)
  • CI/CD understanding
  • GitLab / SVN / Perforce
  • Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune)
  • MDM, Zabbix, OpenSearch
  • CRM / HR systems / ATS
  • Scripting: Bash / PowerShell

Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure support (servers, networks, workstations)
  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting, incident response
  • Backup & disaster recovery
  • Automation of routine tasks
  • Infrastructure planning, documentation, policies and security compliance
  • L2/L3 support, vendor & contractor coordination

Nice to have: Certifications (Microsoft, Linux, CCNA), experience with Power Automate.
