What are we looking for?

This opportunity might be for you! If you're a Full Stack Engineer who loves owning features end-to-end, building cloud-native applications, and collaborating closely with product and data teams in an AI-focused environment.

In this role, you'll primarily work with Python and modern API frameworks to design, build, and scale reliable services. You'll be involved across the full development lifecycle from backend infrastructure to customer-facing features, helping bring ideas to life and deliver real impact.

We're looking for someone who's comfortable working in a distributed team, enjoys solving complex problems, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where AI and innovation are at the core of what we do.

What are you expected to do?

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
  • Develop and integrate full stack features, collaborating across backend, frontend, and infrastructure layers.
  • Deploy, monitor, and optimise services on cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS).
  • Manage the full API lifecycle including design, versioning, documentation, security, performance, and observability.
  • Partner with product, design, and data teams to translate requirements into well-architected solutions.
  • Contribute to code reviews, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering standards.
  • Write clean, testable, well-documented code with an emphasis on reliability and maintainability.

You'll be a great fit if:

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • You have proven experience in Full Stack Engineering, building production-grade web applications across both backend and at minimum light frontend layers.
  • You have strong commercial experience in Python and at least one modern framework such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
  • You have hands-on experience in API Development & Management, including designing, building, securing, and managing RESTful APIs at scale, with knowledge of authentication, rate limiting, versioning, and documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger).
  • You have working knowledge of at least one major Cloud Services platform such as GCP, Azure, or AWS, including compute, storage, networking, and managed services relevant to web applications.
  • You have a solid grasp of Software Engineering Fundamentals, including version control (Git), testing, CI/CD, code review practices, and writing maintainable, well-structured code.
  • You have strong Communication skills, with excellent written and verbal English, and are comfortable collaborating asynchronously across time zones.
  • You are amenable to work during 7AM-4PM, Monday-Friday.

It would be a nice-to-have if:

  • You have experience with Frontend Frameworks such as Vue.js, React, Angular, or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • You have hands-on exposure to AI Development Tools such as ElevenLabs, Retell AI, Mosaic AI, Snowflake Cortex AI, Amazon SageMaker, or AWS Bedrock.
  • You have working knowledge of Modern Data & Lakehouse Tools including Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Kafka, or Fivetran.
  • You have experience in AI Engineering, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), pre-training, post-training, fine-tuning, or AI knowledge base management.
  • You have prior experience with Customer-Facing Deployments, including deploying and supporting solutions directly in customer environments.

Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Vietnam. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and employment regulations.
