We build an ITSM / ITAM solution available as both SaaS and on-premise. Engineering team of ~30 engineers, with a mix of legacy components and newer .NET-based services. Automation exists, but a significant part of regression testing is still manual — slowing down releases. This role is key to changing that.
Responsibilities
- Own the test automation approach and evolve it into a structured, scalable system
- Improve reliability of existing automation, expand coverage, introduce clear patterns and best practices
- Increase automated coverage of critical user journeys
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Work closely with the QA team and support their transition toward automation
Tech Stack
- Platform: .NET
- Automation: Playwright, TypeScript
- AI-assisted dev: GitHub Copilot and similar tools
Requirements
Must-have:
- Experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks
- Solid coding skills (TypeScript or similar)
- Ability to work hands-on where automation is still developing
- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher (written and spoken)
- Russian — professional working proficiency
Important:
- Experience with Playwright, or willingness to adopt it
- Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, etc.)
Nice-to-have:
- Experience mentoring QA engineers transitioning into automation

- Help QA team members grow their automation capabilities
