The OLA will facilitate learning activities, mark assessments, and provide constructive feedback, while upholding OES values to foster a positive team culture and student experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
  • 5+ years of industry experience
  • Empathetic and able to understand the challenges faced by online learners
  • Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage time and responsibilities independently
  • Tech-confident and comfortable navigating online learning platforms
  • Student-focused and passionate about helping students succeed
