The OLA will facilitate learning activities, mark assessments, and provide constructive feedback, while upholding OES values to foster a positive team culture and student experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Empathetic and able to understand the challenges faced by online learners
- Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage time and responsibilities independently
- Tech-confident and comfortable navigating online learning platforms
- Student-focused and passionate about helping students succeed
