We are seeking a Senior Growth & Product Manager to help scale a profitable SaaS business by improving user activation, retention, and overall product performance.

This is a hands-on, data-driven role focused on optimizing the full customer journey and driving measurable impact on key growth metrics.

The Role

You will own the end-to-end growth engine, focusing on acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.

This role combines strategic product thinking with hands-on execution, working closely with leadership to identify opportunities and deliver impactful improvements.

This is a fractional role (~20 hours/week) reporting directly to the CEO.

Key Objectives

  • Reduce customer churn

  • Improve user activation and onboarding

  • Increase perceived product value

  • Optimize subscription economics

  • Improve customer lifetime value (LTV)

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute retention and growth strategy across the user lifecycle

  • Identify friction points and optimize onboarding and activation flows

  • Improve time-to-value and early user engagement

  • Conduct customer research and product discovery (interviews, churn analysis, experimentation)

  • Build and leverage product analytics dashboards and tracking frameworks

  • Translate data insights into product improvements and growth initiatives

Candidate Profile

Must-Have

  • 5+ years of experience in B2C SaaS or product-led (PLG) environments

  • Proven track record of reducing churn and improving activation

  • Strong experience with product analytics and data-driven decision making

  • Hands-on experience with user journey mapping and experimentation

  • Comfortable working in lean, fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience with subscription-based business models

  • Familiarity with UX/design tools (e.g., Figma)

  • Exposure to consumer infrastructure / SaaS industries
