3Pillar Global is looking for a Product Manager to join their growing PM Team, working with global delivery teams and clients on mission-critical engagements. The Product Manager will be responsible for the overall business success of clients' software products, working closely with clients to strategically advise them and build solutions to help them solve business problems and propel their business forward.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing Product Management position
- At least 4 years of consulting experience
- Expertise working with complex digital products, business logic, process, and a variety of clients
- Experience in organizational leadership, including experience working with and influencing teams and executive leads
- A strong track record of problem solving and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to see the bigger picture among the details
- Experience working with global teams a MUST
- Highly culturally aware
- Well versed in User Research; championing users’ needs across the customer experience, facilitating workshops
- Relationship builder. Highly empathetic and collaborative, able to work across senior level stakeholders to drive decisions.
- Practical knowledge and experience in Agile practices and Lean methodologies to build best-of-breed products
