We are hiring an Affiliate Manager for the Filipino market (Performance Marketing).

Location: On-site, Limassol, Cyprus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage new affiliate partners
  • Build strong relationships with publishers, influencers, and networks
  • Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and improve ROI
  • Negotiate commissions, deals, and promotional opportunities
  • Track KPIs, prepare reports, and identify growth opportunities
  • Stay updated on affiliate trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and KPIs
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and growth-focused
  • Fluent in English and Filipino (required); Spanish is a plus
