About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our HR Tech team and take ownership of frontline-related HR process automation.
This role will focus on improving and structuring HR processes for frontline employee populations, including sales ambassadors and other operational teams. Today, part of this setup already exists in a dedicated internal database, but many processes are still only partially automated, not deeply analyzed, or not consistently structured.
We need someone who can work independently with business stakeholders, understand how the current setup works, identify gaps and inefficiencies, describe processes clearly, prepare technical requirements, and help move changes into implementation.
This is a strong middle+ level HR Tech BA role for someone who is comfortable working hands-on, leading their own workstream, and moving from problem discovery to delivery without heavy supervision.
What you will own
Analyze and improve HR processes related to frontline employee populations
Work with business stakeholders to identify problems, define needs, and clarify priorities
Map current processes and identify gaps, manual work, inconsistencies, and automation opportunities
Prepare clear technical requirements and process documentation
Help improve and structure the current frontline employee database setup
Support automation initiatives in the backlog, including lifecycle-related HR processes
Work with the team to clean up data issues, investigate oddities, and improve process quality
Build and maintain project plans for the initiatives you own
Support implementation together with the internal engineering team
Contribute to HR analytics and reporting where needed
What we expect from the candidate
Must have
3+ years of experience in HR Tech working as a Business Analyst
Strong understanding of HR processes / employee lifecycle
Ability to work independently: gather requirements, structure the problem, prepare a plan, and move execution forward
Experience describing business processes and writing technical requirements
BPMN or similar process mapping skills
Strong logic, structured thinking, and attention to detail
English at B2+
Nice to have
Experience with HRMS or other HR systems implementations
Experience working with frontline / support / operational employee populations
Experience with HR analytics or dashboard building
Experience using AI tools to speed up analysis or documentation work
This is a remote role, but working aligned with the team’s Manila core hours is mandatory.
We work in a simple monthly planning rhythm — no heavy agile setup, no overcomplicated ceremonies. The expectation is that the person can take ownership of their stream and work with a high level of independence.
