Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior DevOps Engineer with deep AWS know-how to steer the design, automation and optimization of cloud-native development pipelines and infrastructure. Within this position, you will head a team of engineers, shape best practices and safeguard the reliability, scalability and security of mission-critical systems built on AWS.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the design and rollout of CI/CD pipelines through AWS CodePipeline, AWS CodeBuild and AWS CodeDeploy
  • Design serverless applications powered by AWS Serverless Application Model (SAM) and AWS Application Composer
  • Advance cloud adoption strategies aligned with the AWS Cloud Adoption Framework
  • Supervise source control workflows and artifact management with AWS CodeCommit and AWS CodeArtifact
  • Set up resiliency testing practices through AWS Fault Injection Simulator
  • Coach and direct a team of DevOps engineers, nurturing a culture of automation and continuous improvement
  • Partner with development teams to refine workflows through Amazon CodeCatalyst and AWS CodeStar
  • Roll out observability and tracing solutions powered by AWS X-Ray
  • Deliver secure browser-based command-line access to AWS resources via AWS CloudShell
  • Establish standards for cloud-based development environments through AWS Cloud9
  • Sustain compliance, governance and operational excellence across all DevOps processes

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional involvement in DevOps engineering
  • Hands-on expertise in AWS CodePipeline, AWS CodeBuild and AWS CodeDeploy
  • Strong proficiency in AWS Serverless Application Model, AWS Application Composer, plus Amazon CodeCatalyst
  • Solid background in AWS CodeCommit, AWS CodeArtifact and AWS CodeStar
  • Working knowledge of the AWS Cloud Adoption Framework applied to enterprise-scale migrations
  • Practical skills in AWS Fault Injection Simulator supporting chaos engineering practices
  • Hands-on familiarity with AWS X-Ray, AWS CloudShell plus AWS Cloud9
  • Proven capability to steer cross-functional teams and frame DevOps strategy
  • Solid understanding of cloud security, scalability and high-availability principles
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) command of English or above
