We are launching a new SME business line from scratch and looking for a business-oriented Data Analyst to take ownership of analytics and help shape product and strategy. This is a high-impact role focused on driving decisions, not supporting them.
Key responsibilities
Support product launches and experiments, turning results into clear data-driven recommendations
Analyze product performance, define and track key metrics together with Product Managers
Research market, merchant needs, and competitive landscape
Build dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making
Own analytics within the business line and proactively bring insights to shape strategy
Requirements and expectations
Experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role within a product team
Strong analytical thinking with hands-on experience in product metrics and funnels
Proficiency in SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools (Python/R is a plus)
Comfortable working in fast-paced, early-stage environments with high ambiguity
Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with ability to work independently
Experience in fintech or business-focused products is a plus
Willingness to relocate to Manila is a plus
