QA Team Lead to join a growing FinTech product team in Cyprus. On-site position with relocation support.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a QA team, providing technical guidance and support
  • Define and improve QA strategy, processes, and quality standards
  • Coordinate testing across multiple projects and releases
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
  • Review and improve test documentation and test cases
  • Drive backend and API testing (Postman, Swagger)
  • Analyze logs and troubleshoot issues (Grafana, Kibana)
  • Participate in release planning, risk assessment, and defect management
  • Support automation and continuous QA improvements
  • Ensure adherence to STLC and QA best practices

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in software testing
  • 2+ years in QA leadership roles
  • Strong FinTech experience
  • Solid API testing skills (Postman, Swagger)
  • Experience with logs/monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana)
  • Strong understanding of STLC and QA methodologies
  • Experience with test documentation and release processes
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
