Program-Ace (international IT company, 30+ years) is looking for a System Administrator. We specialize in AR/VR, simulations, digital twins and interactive training platforms.
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years of experience as a System Administrator
- Experience managing infrastructure for 50+ users
- English level: B1 or higher
Tech stack / Tools:
- Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, file servers)
- Linux: Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS
- Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox
- Cloud: AWS, Azure, Hetzner
- Networking: VPN, VLAN, routing, firewalls
- Containers & CI/CD: Docker, CI/CD concepts
- VCS & collaboration: GitLab, SVN, Perforce
- Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune), MDM
- Monitoring & search: Zabbix, OpenSearch
- CRM / HR systems / ATS
- Scripting/automation: Bash, PowerShell (Power Automate is a plus)
- Security basics, access control, infrastructure audit & documentation
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on infrastructure support: servers, networks, workstations
- Microsoft 365 administration and user support (L2/L3)
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, incident response
- Backup & disaster recovery
- Automation of routine tasks; infrastructure planning and improvements
- Documentation, policies and procedures; security compliance
- Work with vendors and contractors; support accounting with IT-related payments
Nice to have:
- Certifications: Microsoft, Linux, CCNA
- Experience with Power Automate
