Frontend Tech Lead (React)

Looking for a Frontend Tech Lead (React). Remote (Global).

Salary: from €6,000

Key requirements (critical):

• Experience working in product companies B2C, 6+ years.
• Technical leadership for 2+ years.
• Developing at least one product for 3+ years.
• Experience with frontend infrastructure (shared libraries, webpack/vite, ESLint, Jest, RTL, Playwright).
• React/Redux, SOLID/GRASP, deep knowledge of JS/TS.
• Performance (Core Web Vitals, optimizing long tasks).
• A/B testing.
• English B2 for communication within the product team.
• Must be outside Russia and Belarus or willing to relocate.
