Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of terminal TV sales performance across all sales channels, including specialty retail stores, online retailers, and national chain stores.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the TV category in line with company objectives.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports, including sales analysis, forecasts, and plan‑vs‑actual results.
- Develop and implement differentiated channel strategies to ensure healthy channel development and prevent internal price competition or margin erosion.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and channel trends, providing timely insights and recommendations.
- Plan and manage product launches, transitions, and phase‑outs, ensuring the TV portfolio remains competitive and aligned with market demand.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, product, and finance) to support sales execution and commercial initiatives.
- Manage relationships with key partners and retailers, including business negotiations, commercial terms, and promotional cooperation.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing and promotional activities, ensuring effectiveness and ROI across channels.
- Proven experience in sales management of TV or 3C (consumer electronics) products.
- Strong understanding of professional sales channels, including product promotion and sell‑out processes.
- Solid background in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing activities and promotions.
- Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable business decisions.
- Strong business negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, Russian, and Kazakh is required.
- Knowledge of Chinese will be considered a strong advantage.
