The Director of Communications will define and guide all communications strategies, including digital, public relations, and promotional materials, to consistently communicate the mission of BLMP. The Director will lead the communications team, in collaboration with other staff members, as a strategic partner in various initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in communications
- Proven ability to take knowledge and transform it into interesting and useful messages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative and goal-oriented leadership style
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
