Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build and operate our AI application platform, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), a multi-model gateway, Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools, agentic workflows and secure chat interfaces. You will own production-readiness, observability, cost control and governance while collaborating closely with product, data and security teams.

Responsibilities

  • Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for production use
  • Develop and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools
  • Build a multi-model gateway to support diverse AI models
  • Create agentic workflows using tools such as n8n
  • Deliver secure chat interfaces with OpenWebUI or custom solutions
  • Own production-readiness through IaC, CI/CD and Kubernetes
  • Establish observability, cost control and governance practices
  • Collaborate with product, data and security teams to align platform capabilities with business needs

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in AI engineering or related roles
  • Expertise in Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Proficiency in building agentic workflows with tools like n8n
  • Skills in deploying secure chat interfaces such as OpenWebUI or custom-built solutions
  • Background in IaC, CI/CD and Kubernetes for production-grade systems
  • Competency in observability, cost control and governance for AI platforms
  • English level B2+
