Requirements
- Managing the setup, configuration, maintenance, and support of video conferencing systems
- Installing and configuring video endpoints, providing virtual instruction to users, and maintaining comprehensive documentation and records of system configurations
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues to deliver world-class IT services and responsive, dependable customer support
