QA Team Lead to join a product-focused team building modern payment solutions.

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow a team of QA Engineers
  • Define and improve QA processes, standards, and testing strategies
  • Coordinate testing activities across multiple products and releases
  • Drive test automation and increase coverage
  • Perform backend and API testing
  • Analyze logs and production issues using Grafana and Kibana
  • Participate in release planning, risk analysis, and quality assurance initiatives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in Software Testing
  • 2+ years in QA leadership roles
  • Strong FinTech experience
  • Hands-on automation testing experience
  • Experience with Kotlin and Playwright
  • Strong API and backend testing skills
  • Experience with Grafana, Kibana, and monitoring tools
  • Deep understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC/STLC
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice to have:

  • Payment systems expertise
  • gRPC testing experience
  • Event-driven architecture testing
  • Experience building automation frameworks from scratch
