We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our remote Customer Support team and work closely with patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of recent remote experience in Customer Support
  • English level C1-C2 with confident phone communication
  • Experience handling inbound/outbound calls and complex patient cases
  • Healthcare / medical administration background
  • Experience with CRM or EMR systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Empathy, attention to detail, and ownership mindset

What you’ll do:

  • Support patients via phone and email
  • Resolve appointment and prescription-related requests
  • Coordinate with providers and pharmacies
  • Manage cases end-to-end and maintain accurate documentation
