Role: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist. On-site in Vilnius.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage
- Find, attract, and engage top talent across a variety of roles
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, potential, and cultural fit
- Create a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Manage job postings across different recruitment channels and platforms
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and hiring priorities
- Build talent pipelines and maintain an active network of potential candidates
- Keep candidate information and recruitment data organized and up to date
- Support onboarding preparations
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute ideas to improve hiring processes and employer brand
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in high-volume environments (gaming, retail, customer support, hospitality, call centers)
- Confidence in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates' soft skills and potential
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Great organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive mindset and genuine interest in people
- Advanced English communication skills
