Quartzy is hiring a Senior Territory Manager to own gross profit dollar growth across a defined Southern California book of business. The role involves acquiring new SaaS customers, expanding revenue within existing accounts in the region, and driving e-commerce adoption across every logo in the territory.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of life science sales experience, specifically selling laboratory supplies for a distributor or manufacturer.
  • Degree from a top 50 university.
  • Strong familiarity with lab products, consumables, and procurement workflows in biotech.
  • Comfortable talking to scientists and driving conversations in person.
  • Demonstrated hustle, with consistently hitting goals in prior roles.
  • Experience negotiating with Procurement professionals at BioPharma companies.
  • Existing relationships and a network of contacts in SMB biotech to help accelerate growth.
  • Based in San Diego or willing to relocate there, and willing to travel to Los Angeles about 33% of the time.
