••••••••• is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer for the Roleplay Sessions product — a training tool that lets people practice real conversations with AI avatars. The role focuses on building the applied ML engine that listens to learners, scores performance, generates real-time feedback and decides avatar responses.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and ship models that power real-time roleplay coaching (speech/text understanding, scoring, feedback generation, response selection).
  • Work as a product-focused software developer to integrate ML solutions into production products.
  • Collaborate in high-performing engineering teams to iterate quickly and deliver commercial impact.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience as a software engineer, with at least 2 years at senior level.
  • Ability to apply machine learning knowledge to solve real product problems; experience operating at scale.
  • Pragmatism, bias toward action, and strong alignment with commercial success.

Conditions & benefits:

  • Preference for candidates based in UK, Germany, Switzerland or Ireland; remote in other parts of Europe may be possible subject to compliance.
  • Full-time employment only (no contractors) — through company entities or EOR.
  • Base salary starts at EUR/GBP/CHF 120.000 plus RSUs.
