Overview

We are seeking a Senior System Analyst to join our team and support core banking operations through deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle Flexcube. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring smooth system performance and effective stakeholder collaboration in production and support environments.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and support core banking operations including account lifecycle, interest and fee calculations, and accounting entries
  • Maintain and configure Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS) product setup, parameters, events, accounting roles and rules
  • Perform data analysis and validation using SQL queries
  • Investigate issues by reviewing technical documentation, UNIX/Linux logs and system messages
  • Support integration through web services (SOAP/REST) and XML message handling
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting concepts within the banking system
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions
  • Provide production and support services, troubleshooting incidents and resolving system issues
  • Contribute to FLEXCUBE architecture discussions across database, application and interface layers

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst within core banking environments
  • Strong understanding of core banking operations, account lifecycle, interest and fee calculations
  • Knowledge of accounting entries and regulatory reporting concepts
  • Hands-on expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS), including product setup, events and accounting rules
  • Familiarity with FLEXCUBE architecture covering database, application and interfaces
  • Basic technical proficiency in SQL, web services (SOAP/REST) and XML messages
  • Capability to read UNIX/Linux logs and technical documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience working in production and support environments
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with banking standards such as ISO 20022 and SWIFT MT/MX
  • Oracle FLEXCUBE certifications
