Key responsibilities:

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience as a business analyst or systems analyst, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven experience in documenting business and technical requirements, especially for loan or credit products.
  • Strong technical understanding of banking systems, APIs, databases, and their integration into business processes.
  • Experience working in agile environments, with a focus on sprint planning and technical delivery.

    Required skills:
    • Strong technical skills, including proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI) and workflow automation platforms.
    • Experience in creating process flow diagrams and technical documentation using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
    • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications with clarity.
    • Experience in system integration and testing methodologies, including UAT and regression testing.
    • Solid knowledge of financial products and profitability modeling.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in working with IT teams.
