What you bring
- Deep understanding of Node.js and related technologies (Express, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
- Experience in writing unit and integration tests for Node.js applications
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
- Ability to inspire and motivate the team
- Strong skills in conveying ideas clearly
- Effective task and priority management
- English Proficiency: B2 or higher
- Active involvement in code reviews and knowledge sharing
What you'll do
- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance frontend applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, backend, QA) to deliver seamless user experiences
- Drive architectural decisions and ensure best practices in code quality, performance, and security
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
