We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing fintech and payments team.
Location: Cyprus. On-site with relocation support; flexible remote and office work options.
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or high-risk industries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and structured sales pipelines
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Fluent English
- Existing industry network is a strong advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard new merchants across Europe
- Conduct negotiations, presentations, and prepare commercial proposals
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and technical teams for smooth integrations
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment
