Requirements:

  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or high-risk industries
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems and structured sales pipelines
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset
  • Fluent English
  • Existing industry network is a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new merchants across Europe
  • Conduct negotiations, presentations, and prepare commercial proposals
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding
  • Collaborate with product, compliance, and technical teams for smooth integrations
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment
