This is a remote position.
We are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to lead complex enterprise IT initiatives focused on digital transformation and Salesforce-based application delivery. The successful candidates will manage full project lifecycle execution using Agile methodologies while coordinating cross-functional business and technical teams in a large-scale public sector environment. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, delivery governance, Agile execution, and enterprise project management expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager leading enterprise initiatives
- Minimum 2 years of Agile project delivery experience
- Experience managing multiple related projects simultaneously
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
