Network Monitoring Operation Engineer responsible for ensuring reliable and high-availability operation of critical applications for network monitoring and network operation. The role involves responsibility in the ITIL service lifecycle, monitoring and troubleshooting disturbances, and close interdisciplinary cooperation with IT teams.
Requirements
- Completed studies or training in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable IT-related field
- Several years of experience in operating critical applications in a comparable role
- Knowledge of ITIL-based service management and operating systems (Windows, Linux)
- Experience in network infrastructures and network standards
- Very good German and English skills in word and writing (C1)
