About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong sales and lead generation experience in the Australian real estate sector.
The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, generating qualified leads, and converting prospects into clients through a structured sales process.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Australian real estate agents, property investors, developers, or property management businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities within the Australian real estate market
Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation
Qualify leads and schedule appointments with decision-makers
Build relationships with:
Real estate agencies
Property investors
Developers
Property managers
Manage the full sales pipeline from lead to conversion
Maintain accurate CRM records
Follow up leads and nurture prospects
Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets
Core Skills Required
Strong B2B sales and lead generation experience
Experience working with Australian real estate businesses
Cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or similar)
Appointment setting and closing ability
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience & Qualifications
3–5+ years experience in real estate sales, BDM, or lead generation
Experience selling services to real estate agencies or property professionals
Proven track record of generating and converting leads
Strong understanding of the Australian real estate market
